This beautiful pillow quilted big leaf maple wooden bowl has a warm honey background with chatoyant quilt figure.  This shallow bowl is made of wood from a big leaf maple tree from the Pacific Northwest.  I've had this piece of wood for 13 years.  It certainly made a pretty bowl!  This bowl has a rounded over, curved taper, undercut rim and a raised foot.  It has a food safe, natural, oil finish.
