#2788 Sugar Maple Chopping Bowl (10 3/8" x 2 1/4")

This medium sized, shallow bowl is made for chopping with an ulu or mezzaluna knife like the one in the picture.  The knife does not come with the bowl.  Sugar maple is very hard and has a dense grain making it a good choice for a chopping bowl.  It has a food safe, natural, oil finish.
