International Shipping

I’ve just discovered that I can’t accept international orders on this website. I’m very disappointed, to say the least. I’ve spent thousands of dollars moving this website to Squarespace. It’s the underlying platform on which the website is built. Squarespace does not offer calculated shipping outside the US. What is worse is that if an international customer tries to make a purchase, Squarespace will not allow them to check out and complete the purchase. I can offer flat rate shipping but how would I do that with so many different sizes and weights to hundreds of countries.

My only reasonable choice is to direct international customers to my ETSY website to make their purchase. ETSY understands that eCommerce is global and that the cost of shipping is a major factor in the purchase decision. In the end, I’ve spent a lot of money attracting potential customers to this website only to redirect them to another website. Squarespace needs to get with it. This solution sucks.

With any luck, calculated shipping rates will eventually be offered by Squarespace. In the meantime, I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
