Besides being a great shop partner, my wife Pennie is also a very talented “plant lady”. She has worked at our local Lowes store in the garden department full time as a live nursery specialist for 23 years and now part time the last 2 years. She spends the rest of her time in her own garden and sewing things that she sells at craft fairs.
The Way She Does the Things She Does
My wife Pennie takes my green bowls out of the soup (denatured alcohol), paints them with Anchorseal and wraps them in brown paper. I’m not sure she enjoys it but it’s something she has always done for me. The fun part is unwrapping them and she usually takes part in that operation too.
The Best Laid Plans
Some of you know how much I despise the back-end work of operating a website/ecommerce site. Taking the pictures, making the videos, doing the SEO. I realize that it’s not logical, of course you must do it or there isn’t any content. No content, no sales.

The platform gives 100% of their profits to children’s charities and everything on the site is legitimately handmade. The site is still very new but today they added a new feature for sellers, an analytics tool.
