This bowl is just plain beautiful. For one thing, big leaf maple burls are gorgeous but especially the ones with chatoyant quilt figure. For another, this bowl has curly, swirly amber growth ring transition lines. The color ranges from sand to copper to black. This bowl has some repaired post hole beetle tracks. It has a food safe, natural, oil finish.
