#2746 Claro Walnut Burl Wine Stopper (4 3/4" x 1 5/8")

This tall claro walnut burl wine stopper has wonderful figure and amber and dark chocolate coloration.  Claro walnut is from the Pacific Northwest and is prized by woodworkers (and woodturners like me) for it's color and figure.  The walnut burl top has a food safe, natural, oil finish.  The stopper is SS9000 from Niles.

This stopper is preferred by more professional artists and it is the most efficient stainless stopper on the market.  It fits Wine (cork and screw top), Balsamic vinegar, oil (see photo) and almost all screw top liquor bottles.  With a little twist as you’re pushing it in the bottle, it creates a beautiful friction fit.
