This tiger maple jewelry dish has chatoyant figure that seems to leap off the surface when you turn it in the light. You can see it best in the video. I bought this plank from a seller in PA. He had some beautiful pieces of southern and hard maple. This piece is southern maple. I love the green/gray streak through the middle of this dish. This dish has a rounded over, curved taper, undercut rim and a raised foot.
