#2765 Pear Wood Wine Stopper (3 5/8" x 1 7/8")

This wine stopper is made from a pear tree that died over 20 years ago.  We were driving down the road and saw a man in his 80's cutting it down with a handsaw.  My youngest son and I went home, got our chainsaws and cut it down for the old man.  He gave us the wood for helping him.  I've made several bowls out of the logs from that tree.  This wine stopper has a Niles BR-9000 plug made of solid brass with nitrile o-rings.  Food safe, natural, oil finish.
