This small pommele sapele jewelry dish has fantastic, chatoyant figure and rich mahogany coloring.  Sapele is in the same family as true mahogany and is sometimes referred to as African mahogany.  Highly figured pommele sapele is rare, especially of this quality.  This small dish has a rounded, curved taper, undercut rim and a raised foot.  It has a food safe, natural, oil finish.
