I just love this dish, the ink black transition lines around the spalting, the earthy colors, gold, gray, amber, tan and brown and the tiger stripes.  This bowl was made from a piece of firewood I saved from the wood stove in my shop.  What a lucky save.  This dish has a rounded over, curved taper undercut rim and a raised foot.  It has a food safe, natural, oil finish.
