I Got Fired Today

I didn’t lose my job, i lost my web guru. She fired me as a client. It wasn’t about money, we didn’t have an argument, there were no creative differences. She fired me as a client because she didn’t have an adequate amount of time free to complete the project on my timetable. She is going to try to help me find a replacement.

It’s kind of like losing your family doctor because he’s moving to Peru. You’re happy for him and he’s recommended a new doctor but the new doctor won’t know you. He or she won’t have your history. You’ll be starting all over.
