This beautiful, large river birch wood bowl has two repaired drying cracks. In spite of everything I do to keep bowls from cracking during the drying process (which takes about one year) some cracks occur. This is a $349.00 bowl on sale for $299.00. My family has been using a walnut salad bowl with repaired drying cracks for 15 years. The colors and figure of this bowl are outstanding. It has a curved taper, undercut rim and a raised foot. This bowl will hold a lot of fruit and will serve 6-8 as a salad bowl. Food safe, natural, oil finish.
