This thick sweet gum burl wood bowl has birdseye and ray figure and great natural edge detail. I left this bowl thick to feature all of the interesting things going on in the natural edge including a small twig (which I hope arrives intact after shipping). Anybody that’s seen Jim Carrey as Ace Ventura, Pet Detective, delivering a package knows how difficult it will be to package this in a way that protects the twig. This bowl has a food safe, natural, oil finish.
