This small black walnut wooden jewelry dish is made from a slab of quartersawn walnut. The growth ring are perpendicular to the face making straight lines like ruled notebook paper. This dish has lovely milk chocolate coloration with some dark chocolate transition lines between the growth rings. This dish has a rounded, curved taper, undercut rim and a raised foot. It has a food safe, natural, oil finish.
