This natural edge black walnut bowl was made from a tree that was felled because it was dropping walnuts on cars in the driveway of a house near me. Believe it or not, walnuts falling on cars can dent the body. I have a beautiful walnut tree beside my driveway at my shop and I don’t park my truck under the branches. This bowl has rich reddish brown heartwood with dark chocolate growth ring transition lines. It is very thin walled and light as a feather. Food safe, natural, oil finish.
