This lovely small hollow form is made from a piece of veneer core. A veneer core is the wood cylinder that is left when a log is “peeled” to make veneer. This hard maple piece has two tone birdseyes with tails that look like tadpoles swimming. This hollow form has a food safe, natural, oil finish.
