This beautiful natural edge wooden bowl is made from a large sweet gum burl. One of my son’s friends is a logger and when they come upon something like this, they bring it to me. This is my first time making bowls from a sweet gum burl but I hope there will be more. This bowl has birdseyes, ray figure bark inclusions and white halos. This bowl has a food safe, natural, oil finish.
