This small sugar maple bowl is loaded with birdseye figure. It is made from a veneer core. A veneer core is what is left when a veneer log is “peeled”. I bought several many years ago and wish I had more. This bowl has a hairline crack across the bottom that has been repaired. It has a rounded, curved taper, undercut rim and a raised foot. It has a food safe, natural, oil finish.
