This small quilted big leaf maple wooden jewelry dish was made from a piece of wood I’ve had for over 15 years. This piece came from the Pacific Northwest, probably Oregon, and I bought it in an auction. I waited for the right product to showcase this beautiful wood. Ring or jewelry dishes are small and shallow enough to use these beautiful pieces of wood that I’ve collected for 50 years. This dish has a rounded over, curved taper, undercut rim and a small raised foot. It has a food safe, natural, oil finish.
