This small curly yellow birch jewelry dish was made from a plank I got from Pennsylvania. It has a patch of quilt figure you can see better in the video. The piece of wood this small dish was made from has very tight grain and is very dense. It takes a nice finish and feels like polished stone. It has a rounded, curved taper, undercut rim and a small raised foot. It has a food safe, natural, oil finish.
