This tiger maple shallow bowl or dish has fantastic figure. Whether you call this fiddleback, flame or tiger maple it’s beautiful. The chatoyant tiger figure covers the entire surface though you can only see it all if you turn it in the light. This bowl is made from a plank I got from Pennsylvania. It was very expensive but worth it. It has a rounded, wide curved taper, undercut rim and a raised foot. It has a food safe, natural, oil finish.
