This lovely tulip poplar shallow bowl has curly growth ring figure and cream, amber, pale olive green, gray and brown coloration. I especially like the pale olive green. The green is not common but when you find it in tulip poplar it’s usually near the base of the tree. It is caused by mineral staining. This bowl has a rounded, curved taper, undercut rim and a raised foot. It has a food safe, natural, oil finish.
