This large wild cherry wood salad bowl is such a deep pink, it looks red. It has some fine drying cracks and bark inclusions that have all been repaired. This bowl is from a tree over 200 years old. The tree was removed from a college campus to make way for a new building. Luckily, the tree guys brought it to me. Food safe, natural, oil finish. Serves 6-8.
