#2267 Birdseye Maple Wooden Bowl 6 1/8" x 1 3/4"
This small birdseye maple wood bowl is made from a veneer core. A veneer core is what is left when a veneer log is peeled to make veneer. The log might start out 3-4 feet in diameter but when it gets down to 6” or so in diameter they take the core out of the machine. I bought several cores years ago and this bowl was made from one of them. There are several drying cracks and bud scars that have been repaired.
Food safe, natural, oil finish.
