This beautiful ring dish is made of pink ivory wood from Africa. This wood is very rare, especially this wide. The wood itself sells for more than $100 per board foot. I got it over 40 years ago from a retired industrial arts teacher. There are shallow stress cracks on the bottom side that have been repaired. Food safe, natural, oil finish.
