This small dogwood bowl is made from a wild dogwood tree that fell down in a storm. The bowl has the heart of the tree going through the walls of the bowl. The heart and the growth rings around it looks like a bullseye. Dogwood is very dense and heavy and takes a very nice finish. It feels like polished stone. Food safe, natural, oil finish.
