This big sweet gum salad bowl would also make a great fruit bowl. The walls are about 1/2” thick with a tapered, undercut rim (to help hold the salad or fruit in!). It has nice honey coloring with reddish brown markings and lots of bud scars. This is a great utility bowl and would be great for bread making. Food safe, natural, oil finish.
